Introducing the Polibox® Genius Isothermal Extender, made from polypropylene foam (PPE), which is an ecological material being composed 98% of air and 100% recyclable. Polypropylene is suitable for contact with food substances. It doesn’t release either smell, or taste to foods. Also dishwasher safe. Perfect for transporting cakes of various sizes and heights (up to 80×80 cm) and for carrying finger-food. The Genius modular system, where the base and lid are the same element allows for the extender to increase capacity. Thanks to the extenders, the container adapts to the size of the cake to be transported. The operating temperatures are from -40° to 120°C. The extender can keep contents at the correct temperature for up to 180 minutes. Designed to protect food against thermal stresses due to the insulating properties of polymer foam.
