Our Hi Heat 1/2 Gastronorm Lid is available in a clear colour. This gastronorm lid is suitable for use in temperatures up 140°C and can be used in freezers and fridges for storing pre-prepared meals. These properties mean that you can use it for cooking, reheating, serving and freezing food. Please note that they are not suitable for direct transfer from freezer to the oven. Please note that this gastronorm lid is not suitable for induction hob cooking and to be applied to direct heat, such as gas flames, oven rings ,etc. The Hi Heat range is made from a high performance polycarbonate plastic, which is virtually unbreakable.
